By using GlassAlphaLive, you agree to these terms. We provide technology and pooled capital access—we are not a broker, advisor, or asset manager.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be 18+, pass KYC verification, and maintain a working webcam plus Alpaca account connection. We reserve the right to suspend access for compliance violations or excessive risk.
Fees & Payouts
Week-1 platform fees are waived (0%). After that, traders keep 85% of net profits and GlassAlphaLive keeps 15% (flat). Payouts release when platform fees collected from your activity equal at least 110% of the requested payout. Queue timing: 7-14 days.
Scaling Policy
+10% profit milestones unlock +25% capital increases automatically until the trader reaches $400k maximum allocation. Scaling resets after max-draw violations or compliance breaches.
Simulator & AI Tools
Freemium Simulator access is licensed on a personal basis (3 templates free, 20 templates at $9.99/mo Pro). AI Coach guidance is informational only and cannot be considered investment advice.
Compliance Requirements
Traders must maintain active webcam + face verification during trading sessions. Full Alpaca screen share is required for live accounts. Violations result in immediate access suspension and investor notification.
Referral Program
10% commission on referred $299 Paid Tier activations. $100 bonus for trader/investor pair referrals. No competitor links allowed. Affiliate disclosures must remain visible.
Governing Law
