We collect account information (name, email, ID documents), trading data (positions, performance, GlassScore), device data (IP address, browser type), and payment information (processed securely via Stripe).
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide trading services, calculate GlassScore, enable AI Coach features, process payouts, prevent fraud, and improve our platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
Data Sharing
We share data with Alpaca (trade execution), Stripe (payments), cloud providers (hosting), and legal authorities (when required). Investors see anonymized trader performance data only.
Data Retention
We retain account data for 7 years after account closure (regulatory requirement). Trading history is kept for 5 years. You can request data export or deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. You can opt out of marketing communications. Contact privacy@glassalphalive.com for requests.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256), multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits. We never store plaintext passwords or full credit card numbers.
