GlassAlphaLive operates a transparent trading marketplace. This policy explains how we gather, store, and protect personal data while complying with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regimes.
What We Collect
Trading telemetry, device fingerprints, webcam compliance footage, KYC data, and payout details are logged to honor regulatory requests and to fuel GlassScore™ risk modeling.
How It Is Used
Data powers allocation suggestions, fraud prevention, and the AI Coach. We never sell personal data. Aggregated stats such as live counters may be displayed on glassalphalive.com.
GDPR + Global Rights
EU/UK residents can export or delete records by emailing privacy@glassalphalive.com. We answer requests within 30 days and maintain a Data Protection Officer in the EU.
Processors
Core infrastructure runs on Vercel, AWS, and Alpaca. AI analysis leverages OpenAI (GPT-4o) and xAI (Grok). Each processor is bound by DPAs and SCCs.
Retention
Trading records persist for seven years to meet regulatory guidance. Compliance footage is trimmed to rolling 90-day windows unless a dispute is active.
